Payment Plans & Scholarships!

We want everyone who wants to experience a CYT summer camp to be able to, and we don't want finances to stand in the way. Because of that, we offer payment plans which let families register for camps at a partial cost and then pay the remaining balance before camp begins.

We also offer Summer Camp Scholarships. If the price of camp is above what your family can pay this year, please apply for a summer camp scholarship. We give partial scholarships of varying amounts depending on the family need and the number of camps students are attending.

Refund Policy

*Refund policy- Refunds are available until May 15th with a $25 fee. After May 15th and before two weeks prior to camp, refunds are available with a $100 fee. There are no refunds or camp transfers beginning two weeks before each camp begins. Camp transfers to other camp weeks are possible if space is available up to two weeks before camp begins.
Are you interested in serving as a student leader at one of our camps this summer? We will be accepting applications for Student Assistants (ages 16+) and Random Aids (ages 15+) beginning February 15th. Student Assistants will be chosen beginning in March.

Summer Student Leadership Application

Counselors

Camp staff includes local artists, CYT Artistic Team members, CYT Alumni and other fantastic adults who are passionate about teaching kids about Musical Theater and the love of Jesus. These counselors are high energy, experienced, and love working with kids! CYT aims to hire counselors who are great role models for our students. All CYT counselors have been background checked and adhere to our CYT Mission and Values. 
 

Showcase

At the end of camp, students perform in a showcase that they have rehearsed for over the course of their fun-filled week. Parents get to come watch their kids perform the material they have learned in just a short week free of charge! Showcase is a celebration of the week’s work and give kids a glimpse into the energy and excitement of being part of a full CYT production.
